New American Homes is headquartered in Antioch, Illinois, at our award-winning Newport Cove community. Our in-house staff handles marketing, product selection and accounting. Our field staff manages and schedules the construction. We have field staff at every job site every day our subcontractors are working. Our current employees have been with us an average of eight years, and share the company’s commitment to quality.

We are determined to offer the highest quality workmanship, and we guarantee that our homes will have the same high quality as our models.

We stand behind our homes, offering minimum one-year and maximum 50-year warranties on products and workmanship.
